Our winery distinguishes itself with an innovative winemaking method: underwater aging. Our bottles rest thirty meters deep in the Adriatic Sea, sheltered by the submerged remains of a decommissioned oil platform, the Paguro, which provides an ideal marine environment. This unique process ensures perfect temperature and pressure conditions, imbuing the wines with an aromatic complexity and depth of flavor that both surprise and captivate.
